Villas For Kings is an independent editorial guide to luxury villa rentals. We rank, review, and refuse to recommend properties based on inspection, source agreements, and reader correspondence. We are not a booking platform. We do not hold inventory. We do not have a contract with you.
We are not your travel agent. We do not arrange flights, transfers, staff, or contracts. When you click a link to a platform and book there, your contract is with that platform and the property manager, not with us. We earn affiliate commission from some of those bookings (see how we make money) but the relationship with the villa is between you and them.
Prices, availability, amenities, and staff arrangements change. We verify within the last 30, 60, or 90 days for every page, and we mark the cadence at the bottom of each guide. We do not warrant that any specific price band or claim is correct on the day you book. Always confirm with the platform.
When you submit a tip, correction, or ranking dispute through the contact form, we may quote or paraphrase it in the newsletter. We will not include your name without permission. If you ask us not to use it, we will not.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Villas For Kings is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of this site, your booking decisions, or the conduct of any platform or property we link to. If a villa was misrepresented to you, your remedy is with the platform that took the booking.
