Twenty years in product strategy and software analyst work, fifteen years of personal villa rentals across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Built the For Kings network in 2025 to 2026 because the existing tools for sorting luxury villas felt commercially compromised. Based in Florida. Stays in 12 to 18 villas per year for the site.
Sixteen named contributors on a per-piece contract, all paid in cash and not paid in commission. They live in Tuscany, Mykonos, St Barts, Bali, Provence, the Cotswolds, Aspen, and the other destinations we cover heavily. Every villa review carries the stringer’s name and the dates of their visit.
Every price, distance, and amenity claim is verified by a researcher who is not the writer. Verifications happen within 30 to 90 days of publication, refreshed on a quarterly cadence. Verification source is named at the bottom of each page.
We do not have a sales team. We do not have a PR team. We do not have a partnerships team. If a vendor asks who at Villas For Kings handles influencer programs, the answer is no one, and we are not building that team. Our revenue model is on how we make money.
